I’ve used the services of Tim and Caron Upton twice, once to buy and once to sell a house. Using them the second time was definitely by choice, resulting from the quality of the services they offered when I first met them. Selling or buying a house could be quite a stressful process, and having a team on my side that understands how the process can be made easier on many levels, made a huge difference to me. Apart from their expertise regarding the property market, buying and selling, and real estate in general, their support and assistance with all the administrative requirements (this was a huge plus) made it all so easy. They are super friendly and have a wonderful way of dealing with all involved in the deal. They have a very strong network in place to assist with related requirements such as certification (gas, electricity, beetle), and they are happy to arrange for these services to be completed on behalf of the seller. Also, on a personal level, they were fantastic, and the little surprises they introduced here and there were very special. These tiny touches made a huge difference. Tim and Caron offer a friendly, one-stop solution to any potential buyer or seller and they are truly able to assist with the entire process from start to finish. I will definitely recommend them.

I had previously bought a house through Harcourts and the experience was very pleasant so when we decided to sell our house our 1st choice was to approach Harcourts. Little did we know that our experience would be even better with Tim and Caron.  What every seller or buyer wants is a constant feedback loop with the agent and this is exactly what we got with the Uptons.
